UScellular launches new, cheaper prepaid plans

Written by admin

UScellular gives new meaning to the word “cheap” with a new range of cheaper prepaid plans. The new prepaid plans, introduced earlier today, offer enough price points to suit all types of customers. Each includes data allocations and hotspot access to provide greater flexibility in choosing a plan that not only fits one’s needs, but also one’s wallet.

  • $25 entry-level unlimited talk and text plan with 2 GB of data that can be used as a hotspot access.
  • $30 unlimited calling and texting plan with 5 GB of data that can be used as hotspot access. This is a great option for households that qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Programbecause this plan can be free with the $30 discount.
  • $40 unlimited calling and texting plan with 15 GB of data that can now be used as hotspot access.
  • Unlimited plans now start at $50 per month, $5 less than the previous plans.

In addition to lowering the cost of its prepaid subscriptions, UScellular confirmed that they all have a 3-day grace period so that they can use the carrier’s services even after their payment has been made. Also, in case you don’t know, UScellular announced a few months ago that it has decided to protect all its plans from prices, promising not to raise prices until at least the end of 2023.
