Samsung is rapidly spreading the stable Android 13 love to the Galaxy S21 series

The (Android) heavyweight champion of software updates is back at it, doing what he does best by bringing the latest OS build to last year’s Galaxy S21 family.

So far confirmed to be making their way into regions as diverse as India, UK, Spain, Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands, this hot new One UI 5 infused Android 13 goodies should be expanding to the US soon too if recent history is any indication.
Speaking of history, we’d be remiss not to point that out Samsung barely managed to bring the love of Android 12 and One UI 4 from the S21 to the S20 series in late December last year, which at the time seemed like a pretty fast rollout, easily eclipsing other smartphone manufacturers.
Apparently tipping the scales just over 2GB with the October security patches baked in, the Android 13 promotion is unlikely to revolutionize your user experience or make you feel like your S21 series device is brand new again, but nevertheless you improve, optimize and refine all kinds of little things that will no doubt add up to something big and easily noticeable.
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 are definitely next in line for a stable Android 13 update (any day now…), followed by dozens and dozens new and old Galaxy devices with high-end, mid-range and even low-end specifications.
