Apple is undeniably making steady progress in revenue and revenue despite the challenges the entire tech sector is facing with supply chain issues and chip shortages. And now Apple has scheduled its third-quarter earnings call with investors for July 28, reports AppleInsider† During these talks, Apple discloses its earnings and other key metrics about the company and its growth.
Apple’s third fiscal quarter earnings to be announced on July 28
The conference call for investors is expected to be led by Apple CEO Tim Cook and CFO Luca Maestri, and they will announce Q3 2022 earnings. The investor call is scheduled for 2:00 PM. Pacific Ocean, 5 p.m. oriental.
During these investor talks, Cook and Maestri talk about Apple’s overall financial health and then delve into the details of the past three months (the so-called quarter).
Apple has not provided any forecasts or expectations for the quarter to be discussed (the third fiscal quarter of 2022 for Apple ends June 30, 2022). All Cupertino has mentioned before is that some headwinds are expected, largely due to supply and production issues caused by the pandemic.
Nevertheless, we expect to see some pretty big numbers from the company recently reported to rule the premium phone market with the iPhone 13 models. Nearly two-thirds of all premium smartphones were iPhones for the quarter ended March.
And in terms of sales, for the same quarter Apple reported revenue of $97.28 billion, up from the same quarter last year (which was reported at $89 billion). During this period, the company reported a whopping $50 billion in iPhone shipments, while services revenue soared to $19.82 billion (up 17.28%).
