Like years before, Amazon Prime Day 2022 will be one of the largest and most anticipated shopping events, second only to Black Friday.
This year, Prime Day starts on July 12, in just two weeks, and ends on July 13. But according to a new report from Business Insider
(through I more
), Amazon will launch an additional Prime event in the fall, which, if true, could set a new precedent for years to come.
Business Insider reveals the following leaked information:
Amazon plans to host a new retail event similar to Prime Day later this year, Insider has learned. But the short term and lack of information frustrate some third-party sellers in the company’s marketplace.
In keeping with the season it launches, this new retail event would have been dubbed the Prime Fall Deal Event. This is information allegedly coming from Amazon itself, from an internal message it sent to its merchant partners.
It is reported that third-party sellers working with Amazon are frustrated with this sudden second occurrence, due to the short notice and lack of details about it. Regardless, it still managed to leak out and become public information. Stay tuned for more details, but for now we can’t confirm or deny that the event will actually take place.
In the meantime, feel free to get ready for Prime Day 2022, because we already have some great deals for you! Early Prime Day deals are already live…
